Fl. 92 mm wide; perianth segments very broadly ovate in outline, rounded at apex, prominently mucronate, mid-yellow, spreading, plane to a little concave, smooth, with broad midrib showing, overlapping half; the inner segments more narrowly ovate, somewhat shouldered at base, blunt, not noticeably mucronate, with margins wavy; corona bowl-shaped, loosely ribbed, orange-red, mouth straight, more or less even, obscurely lobed, with rim minutely crenate.
