Fl. about 89 mm wide; perianth segments very broad in outline, rounded or squarish at apex, prominently mucronate, pure white, spreading, concave, smooth and of good substance, overlapping half; the inner segments broadly ovate, square-shouldered at base, a little inflexed; corona bowl-shaped, ribbed, fiery orange, with yellow at base, mouth loosely and unevenly frilled.
