Fl. 103 mm wide; perianth segments very broadly ovate, blunt, with white mucro, spreading or a little inflexed, plane, overlapping one-third; the inner segments more usually inflexed, twisted; corona cylindrical or somewhat funnel-shaped, with mouth expanded, rim flanged, deeply and regularly notched and crenate.
Received the Royal Horticultural Society(RHS) Award of Garden Merit(AGM) in 2001 and the award was rescinded by the RHS in 2012.
