Fl. 102 mm wide; perianth segments ovate, blunt, mucronate, lemon yellow, faintly suffused reddish orange, a little inflexed, somewhat creased, with margins sometimes slightly incurving, overlapping one-third; the inner segments a little narrower, slightly twisted; corona cup-shaped, loosely ribbed, marigold orange, with mouth straight and lightly frilled, rim crenate
