Fls 2-3 per stem, star-shaped, 65 mm wide, lemon yellow, facing slightly downwards; perianth segments 27 mm long, ovate, acute, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping one-third; the inner segments narrower; corona 10 mm long, cup-shaped, ribbed, mouth straight, wavy, with rim entire.
