A description according to the 1976 Riverdale catalog: “A new color break in daffodils; bred from ‘Green Island’ x ‘Air Warden’, it has large overlapping perianths, the cup is large and flared and after it is out a few days goes a shade of brown, later on it fades to a creamy shade with orange crown, lovely frilled edge; really a lovely flower.”
