Fl. 87 mm wide; perianth segments very broad, rounded at apex, spreading, a little concave, smooth, with broad midrib showing, overlapping half; the inner segments a little narrower, more nearly ovate, very slightly inflexed; corona shallow, closely ribbed, yellow, with orange at rim and with a paler tone at margin at maturity, mouth widely expanded and tightly frilled.
