Fl. 100 mm wide; perianth segments broadly ovate, blunt or truncate, fairly prominently mucronate, spreading, somewhat concave, overlapping one-third to a half; the inner segments with margins more strongly incurved; corona bowl-shaped, ribbed, vivid orange, mouth straight, deeply 6-lobed, with the lobes overlapping, lightly frilled.
