Fl. 100 mm wide; perianth segments broadly ovate, blunt, prominently mucronate, primrose yellow, spreading, with margins incurling at apex, smooth, regular, overlapping 1/3 to 1/2; inner segments more narrowly ovate, shouldered at base, only very slightly mucronate, a little inflexed, with margins sometimes reflexed from midrib; corona short broad funnel-shaped, orange, with mouth straight and lightly frilled, rim notched and crenate.
