Fl. 75 mm wide, star-shaped; perianth segments broadly ovate, blunt, with bright white mucro, spreading, plane, overlapping one-third; the inner segments more narrowly ovate, more nearly acute, a little inflexed; corona bowl-shaped, deep, ribbed, yellow, with a broad band of orange at rim, mouth expanded and frilled, with rim crenate.
