Fl. 40mm wide; perianth segments 25mm long, ovate, blunt, slightly mucronate, spreading, plane or with margins a little wavy, creased, of heavy substance, overlapping one-third; the inner segments narrower; corona 25mm long, cylindrical, a little constricted halfway along its length, smooth, mouth flared, wavy and somewhat ribbed, with rim notched.
