Fl. 89 mm wide; perianth segments broadly ovate, blunt, slightly mucronate, spreading, plane, overlapping half; the inner segments a little inflexed, somewhat ribbed; corona funnel-shaped, vivid yellow, with mouth expanded and even, rim shallowly crenate.

According to The American Horticultural Society’s 1937 issue of the The American Daffodil Year Book, Guy L. Wilson’s article “Some Modern Daffodils for Garden Decoration” states: “There are several excellent white and yellow bicolors, of which ‘Nissa’ is perhaps the best; a bloom of perfect symmetry, with broad flat pure white perianth and beautifully formed large clear bright lemon crown that seems to shine like brass; it is tall and free flowering.”
