Fl. forming a double triangle, 105 mm wide; perianth segments broadly ovate, rounded at apex, brilliant greenish yellow, spreading, plane, smooth, of stiff substance, overlapping two-thirds; the inner segments more nearly acute; corona cylindrical, smooth, opening vivid yellow, usually becoming yellow-orange, with yellow at base, with mouth ribbed and flared, rim rolled and crenate.
