Fls 2-3 per stem, 35mm wide; perianth segments 16mm long, roundish, very broad, truncate, brilliant greenish yellow, with pale mucro, green along midrib and at base, reflexed, plane, with margins incurling or wavy, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, ovate; corona 3-4mm long, bowl-shaped, ribbed, nearest to vivid yellow, mouth wavy, with rim minutely crenate.
