Fl. 66mm wide; perianth segments 28mm long, ovate, mucronate, slightly reflexed, concave, with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; corona 5mm long, disc-shaped, evenly ribbed, mouth frilled, with rim dentate.

First flowered in 1993.

Origin of Name

Believed to be named for a prominent hill in the Catlins region of New Zealand where these daffodils were bred.
