Fls 3 per stem; perianth segments ovate, blunt, mucronate, spreading, plane or with margins slightly incurling to a little twisted, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping one-third; the inner segments narrower, less prominently mucronate; corona cup-shaped, ribbed, mouth straight and wavy, with rim crenate.

Origin of Name

Part of Lawrence Trevanion’s “Viri” series. This daffodil is named after its seed parent ‘Hillstar’ and a pollen parent with N. viridiflorus  parentage.
