Fl. rounded, 100 mm wide; perianth segments roundish, very broad, spreading, concave, with margins incurved, smooth, membranaceous, overlapping; corona bowl-shaped, ribbed, deep pink, with a paler tone in the lower half, mouth expanded, lobed, frilled, rim. flanged and dentate. Resembles a better-formed ‘Eclat’ of lighter color

Origin of Name

Part of Colin Crotty’s “Valley Series”. Named because the daffodil was bred in Pleasant Valley which is on the outskirts of Geraldine, South Island New Zealand.
