Fl. rounded, 110 mm wide, glistening; perianth segments very broadly ovate, pure yellow, deeply overlapping; corona straight-sided, of a slightly deeper tone than the perianth, faintly touched white at base, with mouth flared and slightly wavy.
Named for a town in Argentina.
