Fl. rounded, 94 mm wide; perianth segments very broadly ovate, slightly mucronate, pale greenish yellow, spreading; corona bowl-shaped, ribbed, vivid yellow, mouth straight, deeply frilled, with rim crenate.

Origin of Name

Named for the Teshnish Isles that are part of the Loch Na Keal National Scenic Area, on of 40 in Scotland. Teshnish Isles is an archipelago of small islands and skerries, lying west of Mull, in Scotland.
