Fl. forming a double triangle, 115 mm wide, facing up; perianth segments broad, bright golden yellow, with some slight tinges of green at base beneath, smooth, overlapping; corona funnel-shaped, smooth, darker in tone than the perianth segments, mouth expanded and lobed, with rim flanged and crenate.
