Comments

Fl. 80 mm wide; perianth segments ovate; corona deeply split, the three segments opposite the inner perianth segments, bright pink. On occasion the corona splits into three definite petal-like square structures, each lying flat against the front of the inner perianth segments – rather like ‘Tricollet’, hence the name ‘Thrice’. However, some years, it does not split as cleanly, making a more traditional split corona. Entire flower is of heavy substance and the rosy pink corona with a pure white perianth. Sunproof.

Origin of Name

Named after the daffodil ‘Tricollet’ because of the similar appearance.
