Perianth segments 48mm long, very broadly ovate, blunt, mucronate, white, spreading to a little reflexed, plane or with margins a little incurved, with slight midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base; corona 48mm long, cylindrical, angled, strong yellowish orange with a very narrow band of orange-yellow at rim, mouth slightly expanded, lightly frilled and irregularly lobed, with rim narrowly flanged and entire.

Named for a national park in Tasmania, Australia.
