Fl. rounded, 103mm wide; perianth segments 42mm long, very broadly ovate to roundish, rounded, mucronate, spreading, plane, with margins incurling, smooth and of membranaceous substance, overlapping half or more; corona 13mm long, disc-shaped, ribbed, mouth straight and frilled, with rim crenate. Mid-season. Variable to Division 2
