Fl. forming a double triangle, snow white; perianth segments broadly ovate, blunt, slightly mucronate, spreading, smooth and of heavy texture, overlapping one-third to a half; the inner segments more narrowly ovate, a little twisted; corona cylindrical, smooth, somewhat constricted towards mouth, with mouth expanded and very slightly wavy, rim shallowly crenate.

Received the Royal Horticultural Society(RHS) Award of Garden Merit(AGM) in 2002 and the award was rescinded by the RHS in 2012.
