Fl. 120mm wide; perianth segments 50mm long, broad, oblong in outline, rounded at apex, slightly mucronate, opening light yellow, becoming greenish white, spreading, plane or with margins a little incurved, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, overlapping one-third; the inner segments broadly ovate, blunt, less prominently mucronate; corona 35mm long, funnel-shaped, angled, opening light yellow, with yellow-orange at rim, becoming yellow-orange, mouth slightly expanded, narrowly ribbed, a little wavy and irregularly lobed, with rim flanged and crenate. Sunproof. Sweetly scented.
