Fl. 77mm diameter; double triangle; perianth segments 32mm long, very broadly ovate, brilliant yellow, spreading, smooth; 12mm long cup-shaped, ribbed, yellow-orange corona; mouth straight, wavy and six-lobed, w/rim split and overlapping in places; sunproof.

Origin of Name

Part of Bellinger’s “Upper Michigan Series.” Named for a vast swamp and wildlife refuge in Upper Michigan, USA.
