Fl. rounded, 115mm wide; perianth segments 48mm long, very broad, rounded at apex, prominently mucronate, spreading, plane, very smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; corona 40mm long, funnel-shaped, smooth, mouth flared and wavy, with rim notched.
