Fls up to 3 per stem, 62 mm wide; perianth segments very broad, squarish at apex, yellow, with pale mucro, spreading, with broad midrib showing, overlapping half; inner segments narrower and more nearly acute; corona opening cup-shaped, with mouth incurved, becoming flared, clear mid-pink, with mouth wavy. Opens with acorn cup, matures to flared corona.
