Fl. forming a double triangle, 75mm wide; perianth segments 31mm long, very broadly ovate in outline, rounded at apex, mucronate, spreading, plane or with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower; corona 9mm long, bowl-shaped, ribbed, mouth expanded and frilled, with rim crenate. Strongly scented.
