Fl. forming a double triangle, 70mm wide; perianth segments 28mm long, very broadly ovate in outline, rounded at apex, spreading, plane or with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower; corona 24mm long, funnel-shaped, angled, mouth ribbed and frilled, with rim flanged and dentate. Strongly scented.
