Fl. rounded, 72mm wide; perianth segments 30mm long, very broadly ovate in outline, rounded at apex, mucronate, slightly reflexed, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping; the inner segments narrower; corona 6mm long, disc-shaped, smooth, mouth lightly ribbed, even, with rim dentate.
