Fl. yellow; perianth segments narrowly ovate, acute, with pale mucro, plane or slightly concave, with margins a little wavy, overlapping one-third; the inner segments less prominently mucronate, a little less reflexed; corona cylindrical, smooth, mouth expanded, ribbed, heavily frilled, with rim entire and notched.

Named for the small dinosaur that destroys its prey and almost did the same to ‘Rapture’ in competition.
