Fl. rounded, 105 mm wide; perianth segments very broad, blunt, only very slightly mucronate, brilliant greenish yellow, spreading, plane, with margins incurling, smooth or somewhat creased, of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower and somewhat inflexed; corona funnel-shaped, smooth, yellowish white, with brilliant yellow at rim, mouth ribbed and flared, with rim crenate.
