Slightly scented
Named by Sir Frank Harrison to honor the 85th birthday of his friend in the United States, Peggy Macneale of Cincinnati, Ohio. Sir Frank said it was his way of saying “thank you” to both his friend, Peggy and the American Daffodil Society.
