Comments

Fls 5-8 per stem, 46 mm wide; perianth segments acute, vivid yellow creased at midrib; corona cup-shaped, with mouth incurved, strongly ribbed, yellow-orange. Strongly scented. Resembles a slightly larger-flowered ‘Grand Soleil d’Or’ with the perianth segments of a slightly darker tone.

Probably the same as ‘Sir Isaac Newton’.
