Fl. rounded, 100 mm wide; perianth segments very broad, mucronate, spreading, plane, with margins incurling, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping; corona bowl-shaped, smooth, opening milky white, with moss green in tube and ivory white at rim, mouth expanded, ribbed, lobed with rim crenate.
