Fls up to 6 or more per stem, rounded, 43 mm wide; perianth segments bright yellow; corona bright orange-red, frilled. Scented. Resembles a smaller-flowered ‘Hoopoe’ with a frilled corona.

Part of Grant Mitsch’s “Bird Series”. Named after a jungle bird called Motmot.
