Fl. forming a double triangle, 92 mm wide, facing up; perianth segments very broadly ovate, mucronate, shouldered at base, spreading, plane, with margins slightly incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, with midrib showing, overlapping; the inner segments a little narrower; corona cup-shaped, smooth, deep pink, with a very small area of green at base, mouth ribbed and flared, frilled, with rim flanged and crenate.
