Fl. more or less rounded, 100 mm wide; perianth segments oblong, very broad, truncate, spreading, concave, smooth and of heavy substance, with midrib showing, overlapping; the inner segments narrower; corona deeply split, the six segments rose pink, heavily frilled. Sunproof.
