Fl. 102 mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments broadly ovate, primrose yellow; the outer whorl spreading; the inner whorl opposite, not much shorter, a little inflexed, folded or creased along midrib, with margins wavy or sometimes tightly incurled; corona one-third the length of the petaloid segments, orange, frilled; a few petaloid segments within the corona short, narrow, buff, convoluted.
