The ADS defines an intermediate daffodil as a standard daffodil in Divisions 1, 2, 3, 4, or 11 having a single floret whose diameter is typically greater than 50mm and through 80mm.

Intermediate Size; Fl. 79 mm wide; perianth segments ovate, shouldered at base, spreading, with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping; the inner segments narrower; corona funnel-shaped, smooth, opening yellow, with green at base and pink at rim, becoming pink, with yellow at base, mouth straight, wavy, with rim entire.
