Fl. rounded, perianth and other petaloid segments in two whorls, very broadly ovate, blunt, ivory, smooth and heavy substance, overlapping half; outer segments of the outer whorl prominently mucronate; outer whorl spreading; inner whorl strongly inflexed, margins deeply incurved; corona segments 2/3 the length of the outer petaloid segments, with inner petaloid segments interspersed, opening orange-yellow becoming softer in tone, frilled. In favorable seasons will have a touch of apricot or peach. Main stems have fuller flowers. Similar in this respect to ‘Crackington’.
First offered under the name of ‘Lemon Meringue’.
