Fl. 110 mm wide; perianth broadly ovate, blunt or rounded at apex, mucronate, soft yellow, spreading, concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments a little narrower, with margins minutely incurling; corona cup-shaped, expanded, smooth, orange-yellow, shading to orange at mouth, mouth split in places and overlapping, loosely ribbed, wavy, with rim entire.
