Fl. rounded, 114 mm wide; perianth segments very broad, rounded at apex, mucronate, shouldered at base, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping; the inner segments not noticeably mucronate; corona cup-shaped, ribbed, reddish orange, mouth straight and wavy, with rim crenate. May grow as a borderline Division 2 daffodil.

Origin of Name

Named in honor of New Zealand race car driver Scott Dixon’s win of the Indy Lights Series.
