Fl. rounded, 70mm wide; perianth segments 27mm long, roundish, very broad, mucronate, spreading, plane or with margins incurved, smooth and of membranaceous substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, scarcely mucronate, shouldered at base; corona 20mm long, cylindrical, smooth, mouth wavy, a little expanded and lightly ribbed, with rim dentate. Strongly scented.
