Fl. rounded, 95mm wide; perianth segments 42mm long, very broad, blunt, spreading, plane or with margins incurved, with midrib showing, of membranaceous substance, overlapping half; corona 8mm long, bowl-shaped, ribbed, mouth expanded and frilled, with rim flanged and crenate. Sweetly scented.
Named for the Island of Herm, the smallest of the Channel Islands and is part of the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
