Fl. 108 mm wide; perianth segments broadly ovate, prominently mucronate, with margins slightly incurving, waxy smooth, of thick substance, overlapping half; the inner segments more narrowly ovate, shouldered at base, inflexed and twisted; corona cup-shaped, light orange, with a slightly brighter tone outside, paling to yellow and white at rim, mouth loosely ribbed, straight, a little frilled.
