Fl. rounded, 60mm wide; perianth segments 29mm long, roundish, very broad, slightly mucronate, yellow, spreading, concave, smooth and of membranaceous substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base; corona 22mm long, cup-shaped, angled, light orange, mouth expanded, six-lobed and frilled, with rim dentate. Strongly scented.
