Fl. 100 mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in about seven whorls, broadly ovate, slightly mucronate, pure white, overlapping; the outer whorls more or less spreading; the inner whorls successively more strongly inflexed, often folded along midrib and with margins incurled; corona segments shorter, interspersed, egg-yolk yellow.
