Fl. star-shaped, facing upwards; perianth segments lanceolate in outline, acute at apex, slightly inflexed, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping at base; the inner segments narrower; corona funnel-shaped, mouth straight, lightly ribbed and a little wavy, with rim entire. Mildly scented.
